APPEARANCE:

delicate, copper in colour, with a persistent creamy head and substantial carbonation based on style.

MOUTHFEELS:

Beer meets wine, with the addition of Corvina, Corvinone e Rondinella passed grapes. These grapes, used for the production of Amarone wine, are grown in Fumane (VR) by Valentina Cubi in the north of Italy. This beer is made in collaboration with the oenologist Francesco Invernizzi, well-known international expert of yeasts and fermentations.

Example of indigenous italian style. Being quite recent, it can undergo different interpretationS.

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRINGS:

It is a great beer to pair with mature and extra mature cheese (scimudin, taleggio, bitto and casera), with truffle-based risotto, second courses with beef (stew, boiled beef), rabbit stew, roast guinea fowl and goose. An authentic “five-sense experience” beer.
