golden in colour, with a persistent thin grainy head and substantial carbonation based on style.

ON THE NOSE:

malted cereal prevail, with a subtle smoky flavor coming through.

MOUTHFEELS:

the first taste on the palate is sweet, full-bodied, with hints of honey and bread crust, giving way to smoky notes (bacon, speck, provola cheese) given by special malts, smoked on beech wood. The main ingredient, the chestnut, used in flour during the production, gives the beer its unique character. Chestnuts are stritly selected by a local farmer located in Lake Como area. The finish is rich and clean, really pleasant for the palate.
