MOUTHFEELS:
the first taste on the palate is fruity and refreshing, of red wild grapes, with a touch of cookie malt, shortcrust pastry and vanilla hints. The sweet and moderately sour aroma in the end gives the general sensation of a flavorful and vibrant beer.Beer meets wine, with the addition of Syrah grapes during the fermentation process. These grapes are grown by the farm “Le terrazze”, based in Montevecchia, sorrounded by the spectacular scenery of “Montevecchia e Valle del Curone” regional Park.
This beer is made in collaboration with the oenologist Francesco Invernizzi, well-known international expert of yeasts and fermentations.
