MOUTHFEELS:
soft, silky start, that gives way to the hop, with citrussy aroma of lime, citrus fruits peel, pineapple and passion fruit. Faint acidic, slightly bitter note given by the rye is balanced by silky, full mouthfeel, almost enveloping. Hugely enjoyable, the solid malt backbone gives faint hints of honey and caramel. It finishes dry and bitter on the palate, with spicy and resinous notes, given by the dry hopping during the fermentation process.
